This was my first regular office job after graduating from college. I started my foray into standardized psychological testing. I got an entirely new wardrobe and began a far more professional lifestyle.
After a year, I was promoted to Operations Manager and was given the opportunity to help run the business from an administrative position. My responsibilities included invoicing, deposits, paying bills, as well as payroll. I worked very closely with various agencies to fulfill our contracts. I also learned how to budget and prepare for new expenses. The schedule was often full, causing extremely hectic days that required patience and efficiency. I pushed my limits on numerous occasions and gained invaluable experience in a variety of areas I had not been exposed to previously.
